Solomon Malatje joined us as a cleaner and handyman after I met him every morning begging on my way to work and gave him breakfast.

We got to know each other and when I found out he’d lost his lodgings as well and was living in the park, I asked if he’d like to come and work for us. He accepted with delight and has been an absolute asset since then, ensuring that our offices are sparkling, and that our archiving which has needed doing for months is all neatly stored. Solomon’s ambition is to learn to drive and pass his driver’s licence.
